As we saw earlier this month Google updated the offline support in Google now, after that update Google Now notify you for your day appointments if you are not connected to internet.

Also Google Now’s latest update, will help users to set timer using voice commands like users can say “set a timer for [time]” and a card will appear letting users know that

Although its not big update, but not the bad even.So now you can use Google Now even if internet connection is not available.It means now if you are using any type of game or an application you will be notified for your day's appointments (make sure you update your GoogleSearch Application for Android ) your Google Now cards stay loaded even you are not
